Wow, not even the first episode and I’m already disappointed…oh well…time to move on from this train wreck.

Their opinion is unjust, they aren’t even willing to give it 3 episodes before dropping it. you should never go off of others opinions because they are never a fact, what you like someone else will hate, this why I adopted the 3 episodes before dropping an anime or show. critics are unjust in their reviews and the public is who has the better taste. however the public can also be misplaced in opinions therefore 3 episodes is a fair system to go by. The OP’s stance wasn’t incorrect. I watched it all the way through, but overall, I’m kinda disappointed. It falls a bit flat on the One Punch Man approach and really should’ve gone a more serious route like Mob Psycho 100 instead. There were some good comedy and action moments, but overall, it was rather disappointing. Everything that was actually good is rushed while unfunny bits drag on a bit too long, which hurt overall quality. Some OPM isekai type shit. Animation is peak, the story, however, quite the opposite based on the first episode. It’s not taking itself seriously, and it feels weird in this story.

No it’s more like how dare someone point out it isn’t a serious anime for those whom may care before they go in. How dare I have an opinion.
Tbf it is in the name “Mashle” and summery is he goes to a magic school with no magic himself. clearly is was designed for comedy.
Mash isn’t isekai’d into this world, no one is this is everyone is completely native to this world and story, no one from earth or mars is in this anime LAMO.

Just finished the 3rd episode, and at this point I think I’ve had enough. The “funny” parts don’t make me laugh, and there is no serious parts. This whole thing seems to be a Harry Potter/OPM mashup and I hate how it’s done. Protagonist has 3 modes which are: 1. Showing his strength 2. Being the “nice guy” 3. Eating cream puffs. There are countless better shows with the same “op protagonist in a fantasy world” trope.
