Where did the rest of the class come from, as far as I remember they weren’t in the manga.
the just yeeted the whole part out of the manga but they do exist in the LN and the WN.

Showing the human’s side was such a mistake. With the awful pacing of the anime, the only thing interesting would be when both sides meet.
too slow and people complain about the pacing, too fast and people complain about the pacing, tbh humans crucify everything that rubs them the wrong way.

Wow, this anime is bad. The source material isn’t amazing, but Kumoko’s journey is so much fun–too bad it has to drag along the Fire Emblem fanfic, poor CG, and now worsening animation quality from an already low-budget production. The pacing felt really weird this episode.
HLS ep 15 just buffers when it does play it stops and buffers every 3 seconds, HLS2, 27 and 28 don’t work at all
Try HLS 2 again. It should be working fine now.

later episodes are kinda rushed, both plot and animation quality. this makes me sad 🙁 it had such a great starting point
Probably my 2nd favorite anime after isekai maou.
If you like the spider’s perspective, read the manga! It solely follows kumo’s story and is absolutely amazing!
If you like the human side of the story as well, try the LN
(end of OP) Why does it suddenly remind me of Tensura?
The monster-reincarnating is similar, but this one is different in essentially every other manner, including the class part…
it takes 13 episodes for MC to make it out of the cave. the only thing you miss is a lot of low level grinding and some characters backstory (bullies, guy reincarnated as a girl, girl reincarnated as a dragon, demon lord, spider). hope the rest of this gets better now that MC is out of cave. but i’m guessing not
ep 15 , we keep going back to the cave lol. and the human story gets worse and worse (sporadic fighting with so much exposition and political dialog). and now ep 16, MC is talking to the admin (god) w/ a smartphone.
ok speed run through this anime. dont watch it. its crap. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
