The manga for this one was pretty good from what I remember, mostly comedy mixed with some serious bits. Cant wait to see how they adapt it all
Just finished EP 20, assuming this is the last of the first season. Very good adaptation, way above average. Action is definitely much better when you see it animated here. The Anime ends at a pretty good point, because right after this starts an arc of absolutely insane shit happening that turns everything on it’s head. Would watch again.
gotta say went to the manga at the end of episode 3, if you already started watching the anime I suggest don’t switch to the manga unless you really just started, cuz the manga and anime are pretty differently portrayed, also I think the anime portrays it funnier since its voice and it has effects

The light novels are better. SO MUCH DETAIL.
For me it was the opposite, I read the manga more than a year ago and after watching the anime felt like the MC was funnier in the former.
I have to say I was disappointed when they didn’t put the MCs muscle form in the anime.
Out of the LN, manga, and anime the manga is best in my opinion. The jokes, plot, action, are all better.
Completely agree with all but the action, still manga frames of ‘HYAH!!” versus an actual animated action scene is vastly different. But yes I do agree with you.
For more information on my opinion and recommendation I actually only read less than half of a chapter of the manga on where I left off, so I cant say for sure that the manga is not better than the anime
Anyone else having problems today using Firefox? The comments are not “justified to the right” of the video frame. Instead they are overlayed on top of the video. It looks okay in Chrome, but is broke in Firefox.

Uhh… I’ve skimmed through it but did not notice any syncing issue. Which part exactly?
the entire episode 9 from the start.
but because of your reply i tried playing it on my phone, and yes it is fine/normal. but when i played it on my usual browser (PS4) again just now, it’s still out of sync, the audio starts about 2-3 seconds later than the video/image (very noticable delay). doesn’t occur on the other episodes though, only ep 9. weird.
Hm okay, I’ve updated episode 9 with differently encoded content but if the issue is still there I’ll have to chalk it down as device specific issue since I can’t replicate it on my side.
i just checked and it works! no more audio delay.
